Earn 6% for life with this unique charitable giving opportunity that pays you income for life.

Kadlec Foundation's pooled income fund, K-LIFE (Kadlec Life Income Fund), is an opportunity that takes advantage of tax laws intended to encourage and reward philanthropy.

Kadlec Foundation sells all appreciated assets contributed to K-LIFE, adds the proceeds to other cash contributions, and invests the funds in a medical building leased to Kadlec. Rental income is distributed to donors at an annual amount of 6.1% or more of the initial gift, over one or two lives. Kadlec’s share goes to fund important capital projects.

Individuals and couples age 60 years and older can participate with a minimum contribution of $10,000.

Honor a Caregiver

A Chance to Say 'Thank You'

A gift of appreciation for the care you or a loved one received is a gift of inspiration – for the doctor, nurse, therapist or staff member who took care of you.

We invite you to share a message of gratitude with the healthcare hero who made a difference for you, your family or your community. We’re honored to share your words with them and let them know their dedication did not go unnoticed.

Gifts made in honor of a caregiver help fund innovative programs, technology and equipment to advance health care in Tri-Cities.
