Kadlec Auxiliary’s 2022 gift of $130,000 helped fund the full cost of a second da Vinci robotic surgery system, enabling Kadlec surgeons to serve more patients. Two Auxiliary sewing groups with more than 20 volunteers sew items for sale in the Kadlec gift shop and annual bazaar.

In 2013, Georgette Lovelady’s life took a devastating turn. A serious stroke affected the right side of her body, causing weakness and impacting her speech. “I will always be grateful to Kadlec for helping me heal in this difficult journey.” - Georgette

Evelynn Elizondo weighed just 1.6 pounds at birth. She spent 99 days in Kadlec’s NICU receiving lifesaving interventions. Some of that critical care was made possible by Kadlec Foundation donors. 

It started out just like any other vacation when Mirza and her family were visiting friends in rural Idaho, but the trip soon took a drastic change when tragedy struck. 

Since 2013, Numerica Credit Union has been a steadfast supporter of Kadlec Foundation with transformative gifts each year to support our mission of elevating community health.

In 2019, the office of Safety and Security reached out to the Foundation about a creative way to foster a better environment for safe and compassionate care – adding a new four-legged friend to the security team.

Ronald and Laurelyn Nesse have been residents of the Tri-cities on and off for nearly 40 years. Battelle brought them to the region, but the community is why they stayed.
