Swindells Resource Center for Families
Providence Community Health Foundation - Southern Oregon
A Special Place for Parents and Caregivers
Learning that your child has special health care needs, developmental delays or disabilities is life changing, isolating and scary. Swindells Resource Center supports parents and caregivers of these children by providing peer-to-peer support, free resources, and information and education to our community.
The Medford Swindells Center has been serving families of children with special needs in the Rogue Valley and surrounding communities since 2008. Each year we help hundreds of families throughout southern Oregon.
We offer a wide range of resources to help children regardless of their diagnoses, age, language or family income, all designed to help children reach their highest potential.
The need for Swindells' support has continued to increase as has the need for the center to adapt to the programs and services in a changing environment. All programs and services are free to families and are not covered by insurance, so we rely on generous gifts to sustain this program.
