Neonatal Intensive Care
Providence Portland Medical Foundation
More infants are born at Providence than any other health system in Oregon. When a baby is born early or requires special care, they are treated in the neonatal intensive care unit.
Life-saving care for our tiniest, most vulnerable patients
More than 9,000 babies are born in a Providence hospital every year. Some are born too early. Some develop life-threatening challenges. All these vulnerable babies and their families receive the compassionate care they need while they are with us.
Your support of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) ensures these babies are cared for around the clock using the latest technology. And families are supported and given tools for a safe, healthy home.
