Area of Greatest Need for Children
Providence Portland Medical Foundation
Make a difference for children and their families
More than 9,000 babies are born in an Oregon Providence hospital every year, each with their own unique health care needs. Some arrive as premature babies. Some develop chronic conditions or challenges. Some are healthy but are affected by the medical conditions of family members. When children are involved, illness and injuries affect entire families.
Providence is recognized as a center of excellence for children’s services, especially for children with special and complex health care needs.
Your gift supports programs and services that provide better health care for our youngest and most vulnerable patients. Thanks to generous donors, we help families navigate the twists and turns in each child's health care journey.
