Many of our supporters choose to make a gift in thanks for care received or in memory of a loved one.
You can designate your gift in honor of or in memory of a loved one on the online donation form or in the memo line of a mailed check. If an address is provided, we will send a letter to the family notifying them of your gift, although not the amount. All donors will receive a formal acknowledgement letter for tax purposes.
When arrangements are made with the funeral home and the newspaper, the wording most often used is "In lieu of flowers/gifts, contributions in memory/celebration of <NAME> can be made to: Providence Children's Health Foundation"
Please call us if you have additional questions or wish to designate your gift to a particular fund.
