At Providence Hospice Sonoma County, we promise to respond when we hear the plea, “Know Me, Care for Me, Ease my Way.” Gifts to Hospice help us to continue serving anyone who needs us, regardless of their ability to pay. Gifts also support grief services and community education projects, as well as volunteer training and other programs that benefit Sonoma County.

Community Grief Services Program
Providence Hospice Foundation Sonoma CountyOur Community Grief Services fund allows us to provide grief support and counseling to all members of our community. This program is free for anyone who needs us, regardless of whether they had a family member served by our end-of-life program. -
Caregiver Respite Fund
Providence Hospice Foundation Sonoma CountyThe Caregiver Respite Fund ensures that Hospice patients are always cared for and safe while providing resources to enable caregivers to manage their own health needs, attend family commitments, or simply take advantage of additional support as they care for a loved one. -
Dignity Fund
Providence Hospice Foundation Sonoma CountyAs we fulfill our mission to care for the poor and vulnerable, we know it is our responsibility to care for our families as they grieve the loss of their loved one. This fund enables us to provide financial assistance to families who are unable to pay funeral costs. -
Patient Special Needs Fund
Providence Hospice Foundation Sonoma CountySome of our patients find their financial resources exhausted after a long illness and might not be able to pay for basic life essentials. Our Patient Special Needs Fund helps low-income patients and their families pay for items such as rent, phone bills, utilities, food, supplies or other quality-of-life items. -
