About Providence Community Health Foundation, Napa Valley

Providence Community Health Foundation Napa Valley was founded as Hospice of Napa Valley in 1979. For over 40 years, we've proudly served the Napa Valley—providing community-based care and education for those facing a serious illness, Alzheimer's or the end of life.

In 2018, we became a part of Providence, a not-for-profit health system, and rebranded to reflect this change. With our combined knowledge on aging and best practices, we collaborate to adapt and expand our services to meet the specific needs of our community.

Our Mission

As expressions of God’s healing love, witnessed through the ministry of Jesus, we are steadfast in serving all, especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

Our Vision

Health for a Better World

Our Values

Compassion · Dignity · Justice · Excellence · Integrity
